(O.C. 1096-2012) SECTION 2.      Section 4.02, struck out by paragraph 2 of section 1, remains applicable to persons who, on 20 December 2012, hold the diplomas referred to in section 4.02 or are registered in a program leading to those diplomas.

    (O.C. 477-2012) SECTION 2. Section 1.27, replaced by section 1 of this Regulation, remains applicable to persons who, on 7 June 2012, hold the diplomas referred to in the replaced section or are registered in a program leading to those diplomas.

    (2012, c. 11) SECTION 37. Sections 1.25, 1.28 and 1.29 of the Regulation respecting the diplomas issued by designated educational institutions which give access to permits or specialist’s certificates of professional orders (chapter C-26, r. 2) continue to apply.

2011

(O.C. 1319-2011) SECTION 2.      The second paragraph of section 2.01 of the Regulation respecting the diplomas issued by designated educational institutions which give access to permits or specialist's certificates of professional orders, struck out by paragraph 3 of section 1 of this Regulation, remains applicable to persons who, on 12 January 2012, hold the diploma mentioned in that paragraph.

    (O.C. 900-2011) SECTION 3. Sections 1.17 and 2.02 of the Regulation respecting the diplomas issued by designated educational institutions which give access to permits or specialist's certificates of professional orders, amended respectively by sections 1 and 2 of this Regulation, remain applicable to persons who, on 6 October 2011, hold the diplomas referred to in those sections or are registered in a program leading to such diplomas.

    (O.C. 899-2011) SECTION 2. Paragraphs a, e, f, g and h of section 1.21 amended by section 1 of this Regulation continue to apply to persons who, on 6 October 2011, hold a diploma mentioned in the provision amended or replaced or are registered in a program leading to such a diploma.

    (O.C. 898-2011) SECTION 2. Paragraph a of section 1.07, replaced by section 1 of this Regulation, remains applicable to persons who, on 6 October 2011, hold the diploma referred to in the paragraph that is replaced or are registered in a program enabling them to obtain such a diploma.
